In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and developing our CRM system to support our sales organization and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the CRM, Senior Salesforce Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and configuring Salesforce by managing profiles, roles, permissions, and layouts. You will maintain and optimize flows, validation rules, and process automation while ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports business processes. A key part of your role will be to create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the teams. You will also troubleshoot and resolve user issues, as well as train both new and existing users. Working closely with developers and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform. To stay ahead in this role, you will need to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and sales analytics.


Who are you?

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 5 years of experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales automation.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Experience Cloud is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to configure Salesforce to meet business needs, especially in Flow and other automation tools.
  • Experience in managing smaller projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Administrator, is an advantage.
  • Previous working experience in international environments.
  • A bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
